There is no charge for this transaction.
Note: A Change-of-Address card will be sent to your new address. For security purposes a confirmation notice will be sent to your previous address on file.
You must visit MVA in person for the following:

Moving within the state? If you are registered to vote in Maryland, you must also update your voter registration information to ensure that your address remains current with your county board of elections. To do this you can visit the Maryland State Board of Elections website to download a voter registration application or call 1-800-222-8683 to request that a voter registration application be sent to you.
