To get your drivers license in Hawaii, you need to apply for a Class 3 license.

You must be at least 17 years old.

If you are under 18, you must complete the Graduated Licensing Program (See Below)

Instruction Permit

You must be at least 15 and 1/2 years old.

Graduated Licensing Program

You must be between 15 and 1/2 years and 18 years of age.
